Objective
Upon completion of the course the student is expected to be able to explain the targets of circular economy and understand possibilities to implement circular economy in different sectors,analyse capability of the selected products, production systems and services to fulfil the requirements of circular economy,implement assessments to reveal development needs of selected products, production systems and services to fulfill the requirements of circular economy, andcompare different alternative ways to work towards circular economy targets.
Content
You will study in two different learning environments: MOOC online learning environment (https://digicampus.fi/course/view.php?id=3521)The course’s MOOC online learning environment i.e. DigiCampus is open to everybody. Circular.now is divided into five larger units. Each unit includes exercises that allow you to confirm or deepen your learning. After you have completed all multiple-choice exercises, you will automatically receive a certificate through the MOOC system.Moodle area of the course (https://moodle.helsinki.fi/course/view.php?id=52691)In addition to the MOOC environment, you will also study in the Moodle online learning environment. In Moodle, you will find detailed instructions for completing the course and have the opportunity to get in touch with the teacher and other students. You can also find the instructions for the written assignment in Moodle. You will return the course assignments using the Moodle-area. To do so, you need to register as a student to the area. Self-registration is used and there is no enrollment key (password).
