Objective
The student: - Understands the significance of projects in their field. - Understands the different stages of project implementation. - Is able to prepare a realistic budget for the project. - Knows different forms of project financing. - Is able to use project management tools.

Location and time
The course assignments can be completed at your own pace. In addition, online workshops will be held according to the schedule in Zoom. It is recommended to participate in at least one workshop. The sessions will not be recorded. The structure of the workshops remains the same, but the content is shaped by the participants' work. Additionally, the workshops provide an opportunity to ask questions. Therefore, participation is recommended only after completing at least the preliminary exam. The course is completed by competing the assignments of the course. The course consists of various online materials and assignments. The course is completed independently. In addition to completing the assignments, it is recommended to participate in at least one online workshop.
