Objective
After completing the course, the student understands the principles of dialogic and coaching-oriented leadership and knows how to analyse and develop their own activities based on them. The student is able to manage diversity in their work community with a coaching approach. The student knows how to develop their own and others' well-being at work. The student knows how to analyse the effects of changes on the work community and on individuals and is able to act proactively to strengthen the sense of agency of the work community and individuals.

Materials
The prerequisite material for the course is Carol Dweck's book Mindset: The Psychology of Success. Any edition and language version will work, and you can also use online summaries of the book and Dweck's lectures.
Teaching methods
Our goal in this course is so-called flipped learning, where the goal is a self-directed student, the method is communal learning, and the learning is supported by a teacher facilitating the learning process (Toivola, M. & Silfverberg, H. 2016). The course utilizes diverse learning in the form of face-to-face and distance learning.
