Objective
The student gains an overall view of strategic management and acknowledges a manager’s role in creating and implementing an organisation’s strategy.
The student is introduced to the theories and tools of strategic management and is able to implement strategies using methods that are appropriate for the situation and the operational environment.
The student identifies the possibilities of transformational leadership in enhancing change in their organisation.
The student is introduced to different change management approaches and is able to apply change management tools in their work.
The student acknowledges different possibilities of competence management and is able to apply them in supporting change.

An intensive course running over three Saturday sessions on the following dates:
