Objective

The student will understand the differences and similarities between hybrid and virtual events. The student will be able to understand the customer's experience in creating such events.

Content

Terms for hybrid and virtual events.
The customer experience in different event formats.
Event scripting.
Event platforms.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass
The student can recognise the industry terminology and select the appropriate event platform. The student can script the event with sufficient accuracy.

Fail
The student does not know the terminology of the field and the scripting of the event is illogical.

Execution methods

Contact, remote teaching and independent study.

Accomplishment methods

The course includes lectures and practical lessons. To pass the course, students must complete the exercises on time and participate in classroom activities. The course requires 54 hours of student work. A more detailed description of the course is given in the course implementation plan
