Opiskelija osaa toteuttaa ja reflektoida matkailuyrityksen myyntiprosessien suunnittelun ja toteuttamisen asiakaslähtöisesti.
Opiskelija osaa soveltaa niitä matkailuyrityksen toimintaan. Opiskelija osaa matkailuyrityksen myyntityön käytännön toteutuksen.
