The student can apply their learning and is capable of planning feasible service products. They recognize opportunities for service productization and further development, as well as being able to consider the business profitability requirements of service implementation.

The student is able to describe the progression of service productization and can design the content of a service product.

Daytime classes are conducted in face-to-face teaching.
Blended learning: Participation in classes is possible remotely according to the schedule.
