Objective

The student's understanding of quality management in tourism will deepen and he/she will be able to apply the principles and methods of quality work in tourism organisations. The student will be able to analyse the quality management processes of a tourism enterprise, understanding their importance in the development of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Passed
The student can name and describe quality tools and certificates in the tourism sector and understand the importance of quality work for tourism enterprises.

Fail
The student does not identify quality tools or certificates in the tourism sector and does not understand the importance of quality work for tourism enterprises.
