Objective
The student's understanding of quality management in tourism will deepen and he/she will be able to apply the principles and methods of quality work in tourism organisations. The student will be able to analyse the quality management processes of a tourism enterprise, understanding their importance in the development of service quality and customer satisfaction.

The student can name and describe quality tools and certificates in the tourism sector and understand the importance of quality work for tourism enterprises.

Contact teaching.
Accomplishment methods
The course includes lectures and practical lessons. The teaching is organised as contact teaching. To pass the course, students must complete the exercises on time and participate in classroom situations. The course requires 54 hours of student work.
