Objective
Students will become aware of the fact that a good working atmosphere is also the responsibility of employees. Self-knowledge and introspection create a solid foundation for job satisfaction to flourish.
Content
Using a learning diary based on the indicated reading list, students will deepen their self-knowledge and aim to create a personal development plan.

Pass:
Main theme 1: Being a successful subordinate
The students recognise the laws inherent in their operational environment and are able to examine their own attitudes, beliefs and limitations.
Main theme 2: Developing as a subordinate
The students consider their own potential in terms of developing the working atmosphere and can analyse the social style of their own environment.
Main theme 3: Interaction with superiors
The students recognise the mechanisms that will lead to an improved working life. They are able to perceive operational mechanisms to discover their own inner passion. Supplementary knowledge: The students learn to apply their own experiences to improve work place interaction with exercises.
