Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students use their expertise in meetings and negotiations and actively work for achieving an end result. They use various methods of communication creatively and promote a positive atmosphere. The students use various channels of communication as appropriate recording the items of the meetings concisely and clearly in the documents of the meeting. The student actively and constructively seeks to participate in feedback.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students are able to justify their own opinions in meetings and negotiations taking other participants into account in interactive situations. They are able to maintain a positive atmosphere. The students are able to record the content of the meetings informatively and appropriately in the documents of the meetings. The students are able to assess the impact of their own work in the communication process and can accept and give constructive feedback.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students know the most common interaction situations and channels of the organisation. They are able to work in meetings and negotiations and can compile basic documentations for meetings and negotiations according to a given template. The students are aware of the impact of their own communication style during the communication process.
