Objective

Students can analyse the performance of tourism businesses using a mixture of financial and non-financial indicators. Student will have the opportunity to assess the profitability of different types of tourism businesses, taking into account factors such as market demand, operating costs and revenue streams. Student will also learn pricing, cost awareness and quality management techniques.
