Objective

The students will know the key legislation and regulations, responsibilities and obligations of the social services sector. They will be familiar with social security guidance, its methods and future trends. They will be able to provide clients with guidance in applying for social security to which they are entitled by law and services that supplement these services. The students will be proficient in guidance and supervision in social services and healthcare. They will know the roles of the public, private and third sector in arranging social services.

Content

Legislation and regulations, that guide the field of social services and healthcare, social policy, social security, income support and social insurance, service guidance and monitoring system, the digital services and applications of social security guidance.
