Objective
The student is able to plan and implement the sales and booking processes of tourism services. He/she knows the practical implementation of multi-channel sales in a tourism company. The student will master the sales and booking solutions relevant to the tourism industry, in particular the use of digital channels.

The student knows how to act as a member of a group, promoting and developing the group's activities.
