Objective

The student is able to plan and implement the sales and booking processes of tourism services. He/she knows the practical implementation of multi-channel sales in a tourism company. The student will master the sales and booking solutions relevant to the tourism industry, in particular the use of digital channels.

The student knows the planning and implementation of the sales and booking processes of travel services expertly and extensively. The student has a broad mastery of sales and reservation solutions that are central to the tourism industry, as well as the practical implementation of multi-channel sales work. The student knows how to act as a member of a group, promoting and developing the group's activities.
