Pass criteria: The student recognizes the elements of a story and understands the main principles of narrative structure, utilizing them effectively in designing service business. The student comprehends the principles of impactful storytelling and can plan service events using storytelling techniques, as well as identify the benefits of storytelling in business development.
Fail criteria: The student does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
