They are proficient in examining and managing investments and life-cycle of a building under repair and can provide reasons for the investment and life-cycle related benefits of alternative methods of repair to the client.

The students are familiar with the methods and processes of repairing a building undergoing sandwich elevation repairs.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
