Objective
Students will be able to explain the basic concepts of marketing and they will know how marketing thinking developed. They will be able to recognise factors that impact the operational environment in marketing as well as knowing marketing competition methods generally. Students will be able to describe the significance of marketing within the operations of a service business. They will know how to conduct customer-oriented marketing. Students will be proficient in planning basic tourism marketing taking into account this sector's special features and paying attention to evaluating the success of their planning.

The students are able to systematically use basic marketing concepts. They can define the principles of customer relationship thinking are are proficient in novice level marketing planning taking into account competition methods and the special features of tourism.
