* understand the key theories behind knowledge management
* understands the importance of competence management in the development of personnel and work community skills, and is able to proactively plan and evaluate the direction and vision of competence development
* is able to draw up an overall plan (objectives, methods, evaluation and responsibilities) for the development of organizational skills.
