Objective

The student knows how to have a dialogue with an adult who is in crisis and suffering from mental health problems or an addiction problem. The student knows how to support the customer as needed, resource-oriented and participation-strengthening in cooperation with professionals .

Content

• Encountering, identifying and rehabilitating a client in crisis
• encountering, identifying and resource-oriented guidance of a person suffering from a mental health problem and/or an addiction problem
• Encountering an aggressive person and his behavior patterns in different situations
• working methods of substance abuse and mental health work in social care

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student will be able to relate to the learning outcomes:
