The student knows the importance of service development and customer relationship- oriented thinking as part of implementing profitable business.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student uses key concepts of service design and product development appropriately and knows how to describe the process and tools of service development.

The student knows how to choose appropriate service design tools based on the knowledge and instructions they have acquired and implement development work appropriately. The student knows how to act independently and responsibly and knows how to use appropriate techniques and models for the activity.

The student knows how to act professionally in customer situations and as a member of a group to achieve a common goal. The student knows how to act in accordance with professional ethical principles.
