Objective
Opiskelija osaa suunnitella ja toimia koulutus- tai ohjaustilanteessa.
Content
Kouluttajan ja/tai ohjaajan tehtävät, mentorointi, valmistelu ja suunnittelu, käytännön ohjaustehtävät. Koulutusmenetelmät, eri tyyppisten koulutusten erot. Reflektointi.

Teaching methods
The theoretical part of the course is covered during lectures and classroom tasks, after which there is an exam. During the latter part of the course the students organize a coaching/training session in practice.
Exam schedules
Exam and assignment dates/deadlines are decided during the beginning of the course period.
Completion alternatives
Recognition of previously acquired competence can be possible with relevant work experience or previous studies. Contact the course teacher for more information.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students will be able to demonstrate their familiarity with the knowledge base of the field, work on given tasks in an appropriate manner and participate in group activities using their own competences.
