Objective
The student is able to describe the risk factors of food safety and the operational guidelines defined in the legislation and the instructions of the Finnish Food Authority to ensure Finnish food safety.

Teaching methods
Lähiopetus ja itsenäinen opiskelu. Opintojakson aloituskerta pidetään lähiopetuksena samoin kirjallinen testitilaisuus. Opintojakson sisältöalueet opiskellaan itsenäisesti.

Testitilaisuus pe 25.10.2024 klo 14-15.
Uusintatilaisuus ilmoitetaan myöhemmin.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Hyväksytty: opiskelija on osallistunut aloituskertaan sekä saanut kirjallisesta testistä vähintään 34 pistettä.

Opintojakson suoritus edellyttää henkilökohtaisen osallistumisen aloituskertaan sekä testitilaisuuteen eli opintojaksoa ei voi suorittaa etänä.
Hygieniapassi maksetaan (12 euroa) KAMK:in verkkokauppaan aloituskerralla annettujen ohjeiden mukaan.

Passed: The student has participated in the information session and passed the hygiene passport test.
Objective
The student is able to describe the risk factors of food safety and the operational guidelines defined in the legislation and the instructions of the Finnish Food Authority to ensure Finnish food safety.
Execution methods
The course's information session and test session are face-to-face teaching and remote participation is not possible. Possible retests are agreed with the teacher.
Accomplishment methods
The course includes an orientation information session and a test session. Passing the course requires participation in the information session and the test session on the day and time specified in advance, as well as independent study of the required contents. The course does not have an alternative method of completion.
