Objective

Student:
• can describe the impact and effectiveness of the thematic concepts
• can identify organizational problems that can be viewed and solved in terms of impact
• is able to develop an impact model and supporting metrics and data collection
• knows effective impact assessment methods for their work
• is able to apply impact research and evaluation information in the development of organizational services
• is able to develop methods to enhance the effectiveness of the organization's services
• masters the basics of impact communication
• ability to examine the evaluation of effectiveness from the perspective of organizational management

* Key concepts (including impact, impact, impact investment, etc.)
* Effectiveness in reviewing organizational performance - mapping the basis for impact assessment

* Modeling effects and effectiveness
