The student is familiar with the cultures and organizations affecting work, as well as factors influencing individual and group behavior. The student can apply leadership models. The student can develop their own ways of operating as a team member, subordinate, and supervisor ethically and responsibly. The student can improve the efficiency of work, effectiveness of activities, and quality of work life in the organization

The course is common for physical education instructor, business administration and economics students.
