Objective

Students will understand the principles of designing 2D characters for games.

Content

Overview of character design in games, film and animation
Human anatomy study and proportion
Designing characters for different target audiences

Teaching methods

The lessons consist of lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and independent work. Onsite course.

Student workload

Course is 3 ECTS = 81 hours

Grading is 0-5, see the points below:

90-100 points = 5
80-89 points = 4
70-79 points = 3
60-69 points = 2
50-59 points = 1
under 50 points = Fail
