Objective

Student
* understand the key theories behind knowledge management
* understands the importance of competence management in the development of personnel and work community skills, and is able to proactively plan and evaluate the direction and vision of competence development
* is able to draw up an overall plan (objectives, methods, evaluation and responsibilities) for the development of organizational skills.
* is able to analytically and critically evaluate the importance of staff competence development as a success factor of an organization

* Theory of Knowledge Management
* Competence of individuals, work communities and organizations
* Anticipation of skills, significance of changes in the operating environment and megatrends for competence development
* Strategic competence of the organization
* Core competence of the organization
* Assessment of skills and assessment methods
* Skills development and acquisition plans
* Evaluation of the effectiveness of competence development and its management
* Role of leader in competence development, coaching leadership

Opintojakso suoritetaan pääsääntöisesti itsenäisesti verkossa. Verkko-opetusta on:
- 19.1.2024 klo 12.30-16
- 23.2.2024 klo 8.30-11.30

* is able to critically evaluate a competence development plan and develop it to serve the needs of the organization / work community
* is able to motivate and guide the work community and management to utilize the competence development plan to develop the competence of the personnel

Student
* is able to map the future skills needs of the organization and to develop a plan for developing the skills
* is able to utilize key competence development and management methods
* is able to evaluate a competence development plan
* is able to present the competence development plan and its use to the work community staff

* is able to partially map the future skills of the organization and to develop a plan for developing the competence
* is able to utilize some methods of competence development and management
