Objective

You are able to promote the mental well-being of individuals and understand the factors related to the concept of mental well-being.
You can explain what the foundation of mental coaching is built on.
You know and recognize the key concepts of mental coaching.
You will be able to use your knowledge and skills to promote mental coaching safely, ethically and effectively.
You will understand how developing psychological flexibility can support overall well-being and quality of life as well as peak performance.

You understand the core factors and phenomena of psychological flexibility and mental well-being.
You are able to analyse your own learning at a commendable level.
You understand how the themes of mental well-being are linked to general well-being.
You are able to instruct mental coaching exercises in a goal-oriented manner, at an excellent level.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

You will identify the core factors and phenomena of psychological flexibility and mental well-being.
You are able to analyze your own learning at a satisfactory or good level.
You will recognize how the themes of mental well-being are linked to general well-being.
You are able to guide mental coaching exercises in a goal-oriented way, at a satisfactory or good level.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

You are able to name the core factors and phenomena of psychological flexibility and mental well-being.
You are able to analyze your own learning at a satisfactory level.
You know how the themes of mental well-being are linked to general well-being.
You can instruct mental coaching exercises, but there is uncertainty in instruction.
