Objective
Students will be able to work as a specialist in the health promoting impacts of exercise. They will be able assess exercise capability and compile personalised exercise instructions for people in different states of health. Students will have the knowledge of doing exercise councelling in a client-oriented way.

Exam schedules
No exam. The assignments related to the course will be announced at the beginning of the course and they can be viewed in Reppu.
Student workload
The course requires approximately 54 hours of student work, including contact teaching. The amount is indicative and the final workload is determined by the time spent by the student himself/herself on the work.
