Teaching methods

The course is completed independently, and by returning a complete learning journal and completing course assignments found in Reppu. The assignments must be embedded into the learning journal.

The student demonstrates a deep understanding of leadership concepts and theories and is able to communicate them clearly. The student is able to critically evaluate their own leadership abilities and those of others and provide constructive feedback.
