Objective
Upon completing the course, the student will be familiar with concepts related to diversity and multiculturalism. They will understand communication differences arising from diversity and the challenges they pose in the workplace. Additionally, they will grasp factors related to collaboration among individuals from different backgrounds.
Execution methods
Contact, remote teaching and independent study.
Accomplishment methods
The course includes lectures and practice sessions. Passing the course requires completing practice tasks on schedule and participating in teaching situations. The course requires the student to work 80 hours. A more detailed description of the course is presented in the implementation plan of the course.

Passed = level H3
The student knows how to name, describe and use key concepts related to diversity. The student knows how to evaluate itself as part of a diverse work community.
Fail = The student cannot name, describe and consistently use the central concepts of diversity. The student does not know how to function as a member of a diverse work community.
