Objective
The student knows how to work as a member of a work group in the operating environment of the accommodation and catering sector, participating in a variety of different customer service tasks. The student knows how to name the different tasks of the workplace and the information, skills and attitudes needed in them. The student knows how to apply for a work-life placement that supports his own career planning and can use what he has learned in working life in planning future studies.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Passed:
The student participates in guidance meetings according to the work schedule and uses the information to apply for a position during his or her working life. The student works in various customer service tasks as a member of a work group, following the rules of the game of working life. The student observes the operating environment of tourism from the perspective of their own career planning and evaluates the development of knowledge through competencies. The student reports the working hours he has completed in various tasks and prepares a written report according to the instructions.
Failed
The student does not apply for a job or does not report the period of working life according to the instructions.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite for participating in the study course is that the student has actively participated in the study courses of the first year.
