Objective

He/she understands the hospitality, meetings and congress business from the perspective of responsible, sustainable development and profitable business. The student understands the internal and external environment of the hospitality, meetings and congress industry. They will be able to interpret key indicators and statistics related to the hospitality industry. The student will be able to perform the main tasks of a hospitality business.
