Objective
The student is able to describe the risk factors of food safety and the operational guidelines defined in the legislation and the instructions of the Finnish Food Authority to ensure food safety.
Content
The content areas of the hygiene passport defined in the guidelines of the Finnish Food Authority.
Location and time
The start session is on week 12: Tue 11th of March at 3 p.m. classroom TA11L159.
You can register yourself to course only by attending the start session. The maximum number of participants is 15 students.
The course is only for KUAS Bachelors level students.

The learning materials are described in Moodle.
Teaching methods
Contact lessons and independent study.
The start session of the study course and written test session are held as face-to-face teaching, The contents of the course are studied independently.
Exam schedules
Written test is on week 14: Thu 3rd April at 3 p.m. (classroom will be told later)
The retake date will be announced later.
Further information
Completion of the study course requires personal participation in the start session and the test session. The course cannot be completed remotely.
The passport costs 13 euros. More information about the payment will be provided in the start session.
