Objective
- The student knows the basic concepts of social marketing.
- The student understands the key theories, models and processes of social marketing.
- The student will be able to design a social marketing campaign or project on a topic of their choice.
- The student will be able to critically evaluate their own campaign.

Location and time
The course can be completed independently according to your own schedule in the Reppu learning environment by December 31, 2025.
Materials
Self-study material in the Reppu learning environment.
Required and optional literature are described in more detail in the learning environment. The course can be completed using the self-study material available in the learning environment.
Teaching methods
Independent study in an online learning environment (preliminary survey, online exam, and report on the topic).
Exam schedules
The online exam can be retaken according to your own schedule.

The course is worth five (5) ECTS credits. Five ECTS credits correspond to approximately 135 hours of student work.

The course content does not cover marketing on social media. The course content is related to social marketing (societal marketing).
