You will mainly be able to search for research and theoretical information in the subject area and apply it in your reflection and final assignment.
Teaching methods
Online multi-modal study module.
The course consists of lectures intended for everyone (coming in autumn 2026). In addition, the course includes three assignments: 1) observation of one's own self-management skills, 2) setting and monitoring goals using the iSmart tool, and 3) a final assignment (self-management workshop/lecture for the work community). All assignments must be completed with a passing grade.

The student understands and applies the theories and tools of self-management to his/her own work and action. The student can versatile in analytic way the self-management. He/she knows the contents of self-management and can estimate his/her action and it's effects to others. He/she recognize the development targets of self-management.
