Objective

-The student understands the foundations of interdisciplinary work and knows how to operate in an interdisciplinary team.
-The student comprehends the role of their own profession in an interdisciplinary network.
-The student understands the overall context of family services and can guide clients to appropriate services.
-The student understands the legislation influencing interdisciplinary work (social and health care).
-The student grasps the principles of shared leadership.

Content

- Foundations and division of labor in interdisciplinary work
- Methods of interdisciplinary work
- The entirety of family services, such as child protection, school social work, early childhood education, violence intervention work, SERI work, adult social work, youth work
- Legislation related to confidentiality, information exchange, and obligations in collaboration
- Shared leadership and its practices
- Ethical principles
- Dialogical approach and basic elements of good interaction

Independent online studies, 135 hours, equivalent to 5 ECTS credits:
