Objective

The Retail Competence package includes three study courses: (1.The Operating Environment and Competitive Means of Retail), 2.Departmental Personnel and Sales Management, (and 3.Key Figures and Management). The aim of package is to prepare students for working in the retail industry and for creating a career.



The aim of the course is that the student knows the special features of human resource management in retail from the perspective of the department head. He/she knows the principles of sales management.
