- You can explain how functional capacity can be promoted through strength training in different environments.
- You can plan and instruct safe strength training based on the client’s functional capacity, age and baseline level.
- You can take both physical and psychological recovery into account as part of the overall training process.
- You can utilise muscle maintenance techniques as part of recovery.
- You can apply wellbeing-based activities as part of recovery and load management.

Execution methods

The course includes on-campus contact teaching and, when applicable, online teaching at the times indicated in the timetable, as well as independent study.
