Objective
The students will be able to plan, evaluate and execute different service strategies. They understand the service business where service forms the basis of value creation. It is intended that the students will be able to identify the different processes and development requirements associated with services. They will be familiar with the special features of services marketing and understand the importance of customer satisfaction and customer relations thinking as a part of profitable business operations. The students will also embrace the importance of service and the customer experience and build their competence in developing anticipatory service based customer interaction. The course participants will learn to implement service design in practice and how to utilize customer insight in the service development process. Through this course, participants will learn to implement service design into practice d how to enhance the customer insight in service development process.
