Objective
After doing the study module the student
understands the importance of self direction
recognizes factors affecting his/her own conduct and that of the members of the work place,
can identify his/her own strengths and development targets in different areas and those of the members of the work place
has learnt methods to develop self-knowledge, ability to change and professional identity

Meaning of self-knowledge
Areas of self-esteem and developing them
Reflection on own values and attitudes
Identifying one's own emotional reactions and those of the members of the work place

Time management and better time allocation in the work team
