Objective

The students will be familiar with meeting and negotiation practices and can complete different tasks related to meetings and negotiations.
- They will be proficient in writing memorandums and minutes.
- The students will be proficient in meetings practices involving multi-professional groups and in guiding these groups in the interest of their customers' issues

The students and the study counsellors will review other recommended studies in personal study plan discussions.

Soft skills in encountering customers / families; Forms of group communication; Guiding multiprofessional groups; Meetings and negotations technology; Influencing, justification and decision-making; Documentation for meetings
