Objective

You are able to explain how the theoretical foundation of health promotion is constructed and define the key concepts of health promotion.
You recognize the key content areas of health promotion and are able to analyze the factors that threaten the health and well-being of people of different ages.
You identify the methods, documents, and indicators of well-being and health promotion.
You can describe the basics of health-enhancing physical activity and recognize the significance of an active lifestyle for health and well-being. You are able to perform health-related fitness measurements safely.
