The student understands simple spoken and written messages, eg. Questions, Requests or Prohibitions. He/she can follow slow conversations about familiar topics. The student can recognize essential information in short Texts. He/she is able to communicate in day-to-day situations in written Finnish, eg. e-mail, personal data.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student understands and can shortly respond to simple Questions about personal topics. He/she can follow slow conversations with support. The student can read short Texts in clear and familiar Contexts. He/she can write short Texts using basic vocabulary and phrases.
