Objective
The student is able to explain how the theoretical foundation of health promotion has been constructed and define the key concepts of health promotion.
The student identifies the core content areas of health promotion and is able to analyze the factors that threaten the health and well-being of people of different ages.
The student recognizes methods, documents, and indicators related to the promotion of well-being and health.
The student can describe the basics of health-enhancing physical activity and recognize the importance of an active lifestyle for health and well-being.
The student is able to perform health-related fitness measurements safely.
