The student understands the key principles of service design thinking in business development and learns to seek for and interpret user / customer needs from the perspective of his/her own field. Uusinta (tehtävien suoritus loppuun) on mahdollista myöhemmillä kurssitoteutuksilla. Ohjaava opettaja ohjaa opiskelijan sopivalle toteutukselle.

Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat

Office-ohjelmien AHOT on mahdollista työelämäprojektien tai ohjaavan opettajan tehtävien kautta.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

Tehtäviin on hyvä varata aikaa noin 2-4h per tehtävä. Materiaali on kattavaa ja helppolukuista mutta sitä on runsaasti. Office-ohjelmien aikaisempi osaaminen nopeuttaa opintojakson suorittamista mutta aloittelijan on hyvä varautua käyttämään enemmän aikaa.

Opiskelija palauttaa kaikki yhdeksän tehtävää hyväksytysti. Tehtävän hyväksytty suoritus vaatii myös palautteessa mahdollisesti ilmenevät korjaukset.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

Tehtäviin on hyvä varata aikaa noin 2-4h per tehtävä. Materiaali on kattavaa ja helppolukuista mutta sitä on runsaasti. Office-ohjelmien aikaisempi osaaminen nopeuttaa opintojakson suorittamista mutta aloittelijan on hyvä varautua käyttämään enemmän aikaa.
