The student can plan and guide health-promoting physical activity and actions promoting mental well-being in a client-centered manner. They can act as an expert in the health effects of exercise, identify socially important stakeholders related to well-being, and understand customer pathways. The student can utilize exercise counseling recommendations in the coaching process and assess, analyze, and interpret the effectiveness of well-being services from a societal perspective. They identify necessary interpersonal skills for promoting well-being and can apply them in practice. The student recognizes and evaluates their resources as the starting point for their well-being.

BUSINESS EXPERTISE

The student internalizes the significance of an entrepreneurial attitude in producing and implementing exercise and wellness services. They recognize the business potential originating from societal needs for offering responsible and high-quality exercise and wellness services. The student identifies the basic functions of business operations, understands the fundamentals of profitable business, and possesses the readiness for entrepreneurship.
